Pates and Terrines

We are producers of fine pates and terrines in England and want to share our journey with you.  From the ups (and downs!) of kitchen experiments, the difficult decisions we have to make as a small Artisan producer to the glory of a finished product and a satisfied customer, we hope that you enjoy our ride.

Along the way we will share with you some of our delicious recipes for terrines, pates, starters, mains and desserts and our seasonal treats are sure to keep you inspired.

Most weekends you can find us at food festivals around the country rubbing shoulders with like-minded artisan producers and meeting top chefs like Raymond Blanc, Paul Hollywood and Tom Kerridge.   At these events we sell our 10 hour slow-roasted shoulder of Cotswold lamb with Ross’ super duper salsa verde in a freshly baked soft bap.  This delicious dish won us the best street food at the BBC Good Food Show in 2013 and this year we plan to take it “Grande”!

We can’t wait for the food festival season to start again so we can share our new products with all you fine foodies out there.

Meanwhile back to our terrines – wild boar, sherry and black pepper is next up using wild boar which is locally sourced from our beautiful countryside. A slice of that, a good hunk of fresh bread, a couple of pickles and there you have it, a delicious starter, a perfect picnic item or a simple supper.  Our aim is to put quality British terrines and pates where they belong – at the top of everyone’s deli list replacing the European produce which has dominated our market for too long.  Locally-sourced ingredients, no added silly business and hand-crafted with love.  We hope you can taste the difference and above all we hope you enjoy.
