New Homemade Curing Kits and ‘Roast’ Range

The wait is finally over… launched at Autumn Fair, we have our new line of Curing Kits and our very first Roast range.  All available from mid-October 2017.

BRAND NEW CURING KITS 

We have been keeping busy in the kitchen over the past few months developing brand new cures and in total have now created 5 brand new kits. As the Bacon curing kit is still our most popular product, three years on, we knew we had to come up with an extension to this kit. The new cures showcase a Fennel & Juniper Cure, Maple & Chipotle Cure and English Mustard & Pink Peppercorn Cure. The process and kit contents remain the same, all you have to do is add pork. 

We will also be launching three new Salmon cures; a Citrus Cure, Dill & Mustard Cure and Sansho  Pepper  Cure. The original Salmon kit won Gift of The Year 2017, so we have a good feeling about the appetite for this new kit!
