Halloween Cocktail Recipe

Happy Halloween! The 31st of October represents a lot of important things but it also reminds us that another year is nearly over… Every year seems to go quicker than the other, anyone else agree? Anyway, so its Halloween again and this year we are doing our annual pumpkin competition which you can find out about on our social media pages @rossandrossfood. I have also asked Peter our fantastic Bar Manager to create a special Halloween cocktail, for all the partying that is probably going to take place over the weekend. The special cocktail is entitled ‘Witches Brew’ which is obviously very fitting for the event!

THE WITCHES BREW 

, Halloween Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 25ml Rhum Agricole
  • 25ml Aged Rum
  • 15ml Pimento Allspice Liqueur
  • 15ml Sugar Syrup
  • 25ml Egg (White and Yolk)
  • Pinch of grated Nutmeg

Method:

  1. Dry shake all ingredients first (without ice) and ice shake again
  2. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the grated nutmeg
  3. We have made some dry ice to add a spooky feel, so if you would like to try this then you can get some from Chilli Stick.
